Terms & Policies

  • Admission : Registration and admission for the Academic Year starting January is done online through the school website. There is no entrance test but an age related assessment at the Primary level. For all other classes, there may be an entrance test at the discretion of the school. A valid Birth Certificate & Transfer Certificate / Record Sheet must be submitted upon confirmation of admission along with Admission fee of ₹2000.
  • Annual Fee for Re-Enrolment : In order to secure the seat for the next academic year, parents will be asked to pay the Annual Fee of ₹2000 by May 25th. It is non-refundable, but is adjusted as a part of the next academic year fee. Please note, students who have dues or outstanding fee balance, will not be able to re-enrol for the next academic year.
  • ORANGE Rewards Policy : Parents will be eligible for ORANGE Reward in January, if all the Term Dues have been paid within the agreed due date, as per the Payment Term Schedule selected. Please refer to ORANGE Rewards rules for further details. Sibling Discount Policy : School extends 50% concession to the youngest, 3rd or 4th sibling. The policy applies to school fees only & cannot be clubbed with other discounts.
  • Caution Deposit : The Caution Deposit amount will be carried forward and adjusted in the Fee Payable, of the following Academic Year & refunded while issuing a TC. However, the amount will be forfeited in case of damages, uncleared dues, discontinuity or expulsion. Transport Fee : Transport Fee is based on Kilometres & payable in Monthly, Single Term or Three Term Schedule. Students who wish to enrol for Transport Services are supposed to pay the First Term by May 25th along with the Enrolment Fee of ₹200. The Transport services are available strictly on pre-paid basis only, failing which the services will be withdrawn. Refer to the Transport Service Policy for further details.
  • Non-Payment of Fee : Students may not be permitted to appear for the school examination if their fees are not paid. Failure to pay school fees may result in a loss of the student’s place in the school, withholding of their school reports, and/or examination results, as well as, temporary or permanent expulsion or exclusion from school.
  • Mid Term Admissions : Students joining from the middle of the Academic year will have to pay the Annual Fee of ₹2000 to secure enrolment. School Fee is payable in full, if joined in the first semester, however, a discount of 50% is applicable for students joining in second semester. Students joining in first semester could enrol in ORANGE Rewards, provided all Fee Dues are cleared as on date, while joining. Students joining in second semester are not eligible for ORANGE Rewards or JEM Awards and Scholarships (except Caution Deposit) in that Academic Year.
  • Mode of Payment : You may make your payment by Cash, Card or Online. Fee Counter is open during school hours and on the 1st Sunday of every month for your convenience. Visit www.janapriya.school/payment to make your payment online or use the School App.
  • Refund : Fee once paid will not be refunded.
